Our mission working with Town and Country Village was to create a mural that would commemorate Palo Altos history, landmarks and natural settings into a piece of artwork that would be cherished by the community. The Project features a vintage style postcard aesthetic reading "Greetings From Palo Alto Town and Country Village" and features historic sitew like the Stanford Theater, Elizabeth J Gamble Gardens and the El Palo Alto Tree. While including other elements like the Common Yellowthroat bird, rolling Palo Alto hills, local eats, agriculture, and a nod to Silicons valley's microchips. The mural painted by artist Maxfield Baka required ten days to paint and is now on Public View as a permanent mural installation at Town and Country Village.
